III INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON MULTILINGUAL CONTENT AND SPECIALIZED COMMUNICATION FOR INDUSTRY AND TRADE - T&SCIT-2015

VIII NATIONAL SEMINAR ON TERMINOLOGY

- Education and training to meet global market needs -

T&SCIT-2015 is the third conference of a seminar series devoted to create awareness for the value of terminology and multilingual content for the development of the society. The first conference focused on theories and research applications, the second conference dealt with global best practices. The T&SCIT-2015 puts the focus on education and training. Since terminology and specialized communication are fundamental to meet the needs of global markets, T&SCIT-2015 provides the best opportunity to become familiar with the trends, methods/approaches, applications and practices that permit to enhance the teaching/learning processes of terminology, multilingual content management and specialized communication in all pertinent areas that demand an effective communication at different levels.

The specialized communication needs experts, professionals and, of course, trainers who understand the determining role of the education and training in the field, as well as the recognition of the impact that could be reached by means of appropriate approaches.

T&SCIT-2015 aims at giving insights about the evolution and potential of education and training for the field of terminology and specialized communication and creating a space where experiences and learned lessons can be shared and disseminated.
